is it possible to make a drop down list based on a double entry table?

Hello, I want to make a drop down list that will display wich unit from the column entry (Hussard, Pyrolanciers, Templier,...) depending of wich personne I choose.
I manage to do something with the function "OFFSET" but there is lot of white line as there is hole on the table and I would like to make them dissappear.
Edit: I am using a Excel google doc.
