Returning cells referenced in any formula on a specific sheet to be used as arguments in other formulas

Post Body

My issue is larger but it starts here. I want to be able to identify all cells from sheet 1 (data entry), that are referenced in sheet 2 (data manipulation). Then use that data to identify rows in sheet 1 and pull data from specific columns in that row and return those values in sheet 3 (organized data aggregation/output). I know this sounds kind of circular, but it's about the only way I can think to tackle my specific case.

Right now I am 'hand referencing' everything in sheet 1 to sheet 3 by manually listing everything used in sheet 2 to make sure it's included. But if more calcs/variables are added to sheet 2, I want to make sure they are captured without massive formula editing.

I can share an example if there is interest! On mobile at the moment.

Thanks in advance :)
