We have a list of contacts with their addresses in our excel spreadsheet. We want to do a mailer. In many cases, we have multiple people living in the same household (not always the same last name) on different rows but their address should be identical. We want to address our mailer to both occupants (should never be more than 2) and we want to only send 1 mailer.
1) How can we go about getting the name of the 2nd occupant of a household on the same row as the 1st occupant? (Is there a way to combine rows in a particular way if 2 rows have the same info when comparing certain cells?)
2) How can we go about doing "Bob & Claire Smith" when they have the same last names and "Gary Richardson & Kathy Roberts" when they have different last names?
Thank you in advance!
