Slight bit of backstory is I’ve just got a nutritionist who has given me specific macro nutrients I need to eat each day. Whilst I could easily get a template day and eat the same thing every day that’s boring as hell. I was wondering if I could use excel to easily identify different foods which would give similar macronutrient content within a certain %.
For example if I made a table that reads
Wholewheat pasta | 100h | 340kcal | 50g Carbs | 14g Protein | 2g Fats
Could I then use excel to identify other foods in the same format that will give me the same macro nutrients within 5% and give me the amount in g I need to eat?
Edit: it may make more sense to give % values for carbs proteins and fats which will avoid the grams problem, maybe this could be a good method to the solution?
