Display Text from Other Cells based on a reference number

Column A is a list of numbers.
Column B is a list of places.
Column C is a description of places.
I want to be able to have a user enter any number from Column A in Cell E1 and have the that row's place automatically show up in F1, and that row's description show up in G1.
