I have a table with flight arrival/departure airports and time stamps in local time - is there a way to convert the time into one time zone?

Pretty much the title really - I have a table with thousands of flight records for which I have arrival and departure locations and also arrival and departure times. The issue is that I am looking to calculate the duration of these flights so I need all of the arrival and departure times to be converted into one time zone (preferably Eastern time but can work with any time zone really) - is there a way I can do that?

I'm pretty sure there isn't one that doesn't involve hours and hours of work but I figured I'd ask anyway.

Thanks!
