Issue 1

I have to go to add-ins every time, browse for the add-in and replace the existing one for the add-ins to work. The loading screen of excel says "Opening Addins" but still I have to go through all the process again. Is this normal? What I write in a cell that is using the add-in is this

=h_pt(C21*100,C23)

but when I close the file and open it again to resume the work, it is all changed to ...

='C:\Users\ahson\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\AddIns\XSteam-v2a.xlam'!h_pt(C21*100,C23)

When I go to Add-ins and browse to select the same add-in again to replace the existing add-in, it goes back to normal, but is this whole process not avoidable? What am I doing wrong here?

Issue 2

This is a problem for my all office apps. For a long time whenever I used to paste something the paste option used to show which I could access via 'ctrl' key. This stopped happening. In excel, When I dragged the data to autofill, the option used to show up for Copy Cells/Fill Series/Fill Formatting only etc. That is gone and replaced with some formatting option. I can fix this by going to Excel Options/Advanced/Cut, Copy and Paste and ticking the "Show paste options...." But it won't stay ticked. I restart my excel to resume work and it goes back to being unticked.
