I have a 'master' Excel worksheet on my computer that I collect sighting data in, and an Android phone I use in the field to create .csv files based on observations (no internet). Once connected to my computer, I've been manually opening the .csv files from the device and copy/pasting the new rows into my 'master' worksheet, but I was wondering if there was a simple macro I could use to save myself the trouble.

Essentially I'd like to be able to have an Open File dialog appear, prompt me for a .csv (or other compatible file), and automatically append all the rows in that file to the next available row in my 'master' worksheet (no headerrows needed). I also have a Total row along the bottom of my worksheet which I use to do calculations, so I'd prefer it not add rows BELOW there.

I'm fairly new at Excel macros and have experimented with Recording Macros, but with limited success. Does anyone know a good example I could implement, or at least look into to help me accomplish my goal? Thanks.
