Nested IF(Search(, 2nd 'Search' returns always #VALUE

Can't post formula or specific data due to PII etc.

Basically I have a single formula 6 level nested IF with the last two being IF(Search etc. 1st one works 2nd one fails with #VALUE. If I flip the two lines again, 1st works, 2nd doesn't. 1 search looks for text within value and if matches does a vlookup on columnA, second search looks for a different value and when matches does a vlookup on columnB.

I've spent hours/days searching and everyone and their mother has articles on nested 'IFs' but I cannot find anything about 'Search' breaking or not. Any ideas/recommendations?
