Can I do the equivalent of a VLookup with PowerQuery?

I have a sheet with several columns including UserID. I'd like to use PowerQuery 'Active Directory' to add a column of E-mails to this report but I can't seem to find a way to only return specific data. I can get a new sheet with ALL UserId's and E-mails but that takes time and I have to do a VLookup to get the data back to my original sheet. Am I missing something or can you not feed a query list in?
