I need to have two cells that allows a user to enter in a From and To date that will then be used to create a report. How do I do it so that the From date cannot be before 07/01/16 and the To date has to be at least one week from that date.

I tried using Data Validation where Cell 1 was limited to dates from 07/01 and onwards and Cell 2 was limited to dates that were between 07/01 6 days and today. That worked fine but only if there was already a date in Cell 1. If I entered Cell 2 first, the Data validation would not stop me from entering an incorrect date in Cell 2.

How do I make it so that I'm not able to enter a To date until I enter a From date?

Additionally, is it possible to make it so I'm able to enter a date using a calendar like one would find on Kayak.com instead of manually having to type a date in a specific format?

Basically, I want to be able to create a table for data that is between the From and To date.
