Having trouble uploading my excel email list to mailjet because my columns are quoted?

Mailjet said this:

"It seems to be an issue with one of your columns that contains spaces without being quoted."

They then went on and said:

"It was your city and state columns, such as New York, Boca Raton etc. As for how to fix it, I opened the document into openoffice calc which natively supports quoted CSV. I just opened it up, then immediately hit save again... selecting the check box "Edit filter settings" then during the save window told it to quote all text fields. I do believe Microsoft has a vbscript workaround to allow excel to support quoted csv files if you would prefer to stay working in excel."

I'm not quite sure what that means, can someone help me figure this out? How do I "quote" my columns? I have 6 columns: email, first name, last name, city, state, zip code
