Merging possible duplicate data from 3 columns

Hi, So I have email addresses in 3 columns, A B C. I want to put all of the email addresses in column D (ideally separated by a semicolon so they can be emailed directly).
Now, occasionally some email addresses appear in more than one column and I only want one copy of the email to be in column D. I've looked around and it looks like there's going to be a hell of a nested IF statement which I've thrown together and can't get to work. Any advice? Thanks.
