Need to setup a dynamic drop down list. Have researched with no joy- would appreciate input

Hi All,

I am creating a dashboard to show basic outputs which will be presented via Vlookup..

First drop down list is simple, it is no. of districts nationally.

Tricky part is drop down list 2- I would only like areas within selected district in drop down list 1 to show.

No. If area’s within each district varies.

I have tried using a combo of offset, match and countif but cannot get this to work properly.

Would appreciate your feedback.

Note:

I have a separate tab already with ref list set up District to area.
