Counting if a cell is blank BUT they all have formulas
Hi all. Need some help.
Have a worksheet where if someone meets any one of 8 criteria, they qualify for some added work perks.
The problem I’m having is these columns all have formulas to figure out if the qualify for that specific criteria. So my “qualify” column doesn’t correctly tally sums, count blanks, nothing.
Boss wants to keep each criteria so they can see what the employees are hitting but wants just one column for qualification.
