Conditional Formatting to strike through if one cell is a value and another is a value

Hi,
Trying to do a conditional format. If cell J = Pass and also cell N= Yes it want the row to be striked through.
Right now I got it as AND($J=“Pass”, $N=“Yes”)
But this is not working. Any thoughts?
