Pull prices from list based on two inputs

Hello! I’m very new to excel so this might be very easy to answer.

I have a price list where the vertical row is amount of product, and the horizontal row is the location it’s going to. Both are numbers.

I want to make it so I can enter into my sheet in one column that it is say, 5 of this product, then in another column that it’s going to location 3, and it will automatically pull from the other sheet with what the price would be, and then add 3$ to it on top of that.

Is this possible? If so could someone point me in the right direction of how to pull this off? Thank you so much!
