I have to scan cars in a lot into excel, and there’s no issue with having the scanner move down a row after each scan. But to minimize on walking (it’s a big lot), I was wondering if there was a way to scan upwards on excel so that I wouldn’t have to move to the top of each new row to start scanning again. I’d like to just be able to scan down one row and then back up the next row.
Numbering in excel can’t be changed; the parking spot numbers have to be labeled consecutively.
Surely there’s a simply toggle that can move the row upward with each scan, no?
Thanks for any help.
