When you find a 2.5 "balanced N/A Artifact" fanmade artifacts that OP thought was already hard to explain so they give an idea of the strength but no solid statistics, so you punish your player circle with gag stats:

Speed 3, Accuracy 9 ( sum of attributes and abilities used in roll), Damage (blade itself) 13 ( total dot rating of combined essence captured) ( sum of attributes and abilities used in roll) , Defense 13 ( [total # of motes captured in a 1 to defense for every 10 motes captured 2] X 2)  Rate 13 [(total # motes captured/ 2)X 3], Minimums at very least (4 dexterity, 4 occult, 4 wits/intelligence), Cost: 5m (full number of motes captured/10), Tags: piercing, overwhelming, mercurial, algebraic.
