What do the people of creation know about the Celestial Bureaucracy? Is it's existence common knowledge, or do most people think the divine hierarchy goes local god->maybe a higher god (e.g. a local war god and then a higher war god like Mars or the Unconquered Sun)? Does anybody with education into divinities (equivalent to a dot or two of Lore) know or is the knowledge obscure and only known to true experts?

What does the Immaculate Faith know? The upper levels probably know, but what about the low level or newly initiated priests?

The Immaculate Calendar and ceremonies seem to mostly be dealing with the local terrestrial gods. This implies that the faith does not know, or does not deal with, the celestial gods and spirits. Given how the Immaculates generally try to control what people know of and how they interact with gods, this implies that the common person also does not know about the bureaucracy.
