For context, I'm 20, mtf, and currently working in fast food while I'm still in school.
A several of the men working there "jokingly" slap or grab each other's asses. In the past when they did it to me, I reported them. No consequences ever came from me reporting them, so I eventually just stopped reporting it and am now complacent in them doing it.
Ig this is kinda ewphoric on my end because sexual assault in the workplace has become normalized for me...
