Do you have like a mantra or something that you repeat in your head when you’re stressed or in pain?

Personally, when I stub my toe or am really frustrated, I will start going over the English monarchs chorus from horrible histories. If it’s in public I’ll generally do it in my head, but if I’m in private I’m screaming it out. I know it’s kinda stupid, but I was just curious if anyone else does this?
