How will Luclin affect me? (47 SHM, 14 SK)

Hello Guys,
I currently have a 47 SHM and a 14 SK being levelled at velks and ur.
With the luclin launch this week will it alter my level path for this toons? Or will everything remain unchanged for me?
Would it be a good idea to move then to luclin zones for levelling?
Also is my ogre SK hated in Luclin? Should I take care with his faction? I believe that the barb shaman shall be OK.
tl;dr: how will luclin affect a casual low level player life? What should I be aware of.
