Found this thing and it's made me curious. Was this some kind of swag or hand out at one of the Silvertips games? It advertises for the Washington State Lottery too though. The ads are displayed on what appears to be a cowbell. Weirdest darn thing and I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me for certain where the heck it came from or what it's purpose was for? I'll bet if you were to get a few hundred people together each shaking one of these all at once it would make one heck of a racket!
