The Donaldson Arms AKA “The Artist Lofts”

While searching for apartments I came across The Artist Lofts downtown. It sounded swanky so I was immediately intrigued, but after a little research I found out that these were previously known as The Donaldson Arms, which I’ve heard nothing but bad things about. But still, I want to believe - could it be possible that the apartments have improved under new management? Does anyone have the scoop on this, or any information worth sharing?
