I don’t think the reason the historic district looks the way it does because of these three homes. I think there are some other demographics to blame. I drove through the area to purchase and it appeared that every other house looked rough or mediocre. I wouldn’t move into the area.

I know there are tons of federal and state grants out there for programs like this. He’s not doing it for no profit, he has 3 residences, so he’s gotta be making a reasonable profit otherwise he wouldn’t have 3 homes.
