Trying to remember a restaurant

I'm trying to remember the name of a restaurant that used to be downtown 20 or so years ago.

It was located behind the Bally's (then Aztar) parking garage in an old garage or warehouse type space. Very upscale restaurant that specialized in Cajun or Creole food. I seem to recall it being Jim xxxx's but I could be totally off.

Anybody remember the name?
