Has anyone got any experience ordering form Menlook.com?

Last week I placed an order with Menlook.com and it's still not been updated online (order still says "In Preperation"), they seem like a reputable busines, and I've tried emailing their customer support, but haven't heard anythign yet. Has anyone bought from them and had a better experience?

UPDATE: So I finally got an update from Menlook, the item I ordered is out of stock (was showing In Stock when I placed my order) and I have been given a full refund. This is not the resolution I wanted but all that was offered. I'd avoid Menlook at all costs, I'll certainlynever place an order with them again!
