I am

• Longing for deep connections & conversations. All my life I've been surrounded by people who prefer small talk, even to the extent of mocking me for asking something more substantial.
• Fun loving. I love acting like a child sometimes. Running and jumping for the sake of running. I'm convinced that people don't ever grow up, they just get responsibilities & forget how to have fun.
• Optimistic about people. Assuming good intentions and behavior, before being proven different
• Introverted. My social battery runs out depending on the topic. I can talk a long time about deep topics, but I want to end the conversation after a minute of small talk.
• Anxious. I live quite often in one of the many imagined futures, comparing the individual choices and trying to guess the odds of something happening, up until I get overwhelmed by all the options.
• Considerate. Mostly about avoiding bringing negativity or intrusion to other people's lives.
• I am curious about: Programming, economy, science, engineering, history, ethnology, psychology, philosophy, epistemology, gardening, cooking, DIY. Sometimes I even like when stuff breaks, because I can feel good both about indulging in the curiosity, and doing something productive meanwhile.
• Dejected about most examples of unfairness. The horrible state of being unable to fight or run from authority is all too familiar to me.
• Fervent about keeping my word, which comes with a bit of a reluctance to give it in the first place.
• A disappointed idealist.
• Not close with my family, either due to their traditional mindset or them being a bad person. So, a potential relocation would come easier without such strings.
• Straightedge(no alcohol, smoking, drugs). I'd prefer my partner to be likewise.
• Mostly vegetarian, due to the health and environmental reasons.
• Fond of pets, but apprehensive about attaching to any.
• A minimalist. About words, appearance, possessions to name a few.
• Reasonably healthy. Average BMI. I do light exercise in the form of hiking, but I hope to establish habits through which more intense exercise comes more easy.
• Seeking to genuinely understand. The world, myself, other people.
• Diagnosed with anxiety and depression, willing to accept mental illnesses as well.
• Preferential to expressing my love through acts of service and touches.
• Of the opinion that I have a managed to overcome an anxious attachment style and attain a mostly secure attachment style.
• Way less rigid than this post makes me out to be.

My preferences:

• 20s or early 30s, make exceptions for older if you think we'd really fit.
• Patient, curious, open-minded, kind and moral.
• Europe, for the ease of relocation(looking to relocate myself), exceptions if you think we'd really fit together.
• Not a smoker.
• Childfree, with the potential exception of being able to provide very securely for an adopted kid.
• I have a slight preference toward nerdy and the "girl next door" look, characterized by minimal makeup, accessories.
• Areligious, because I associate religiosity with a tendency to avoid questioning for truth or deeper meaning.
• Monogamous and not asexual.
