I'm looking for a friend to hang out with occasionally and maybe go swimming at some of the many pools around Amsterdam. I'm far from a great swimmer, but I do enjoy it and its certainly more fun to go with a friend :) I'm not looking for anything beyond friendship.
A little about me, I work in IT and travel a bit around Europe; I enjoy being out in nature, so things like hiking, climbing and camping are fun; I'm traditionally not a very active person, but I'm trying to be get out there a bit more, hence the swimming, maybe some running or jogging; The nerdy part of me loves watching sci-fi/fantasy TV or movies, board games, escape rooms, stuff like that :)
I'm a very open minded person and enjoy conversations about life and science but also silly topics that shouldn't be taken too seriously!
English is my native language, however I can also speak Spanish reasonably well and... well I avoid speaking dutch, but I can read and understand a fair bit, perhaps if you're dutch you can force me into talking dutch :p
Okay, if you're interested in making a new friend, shoot me a message and tell me a bit about yourself! I'm really looking for someone who will eventually be willing/able to meet in person, so if that's not you then the conversation probably won't go too far :p
