Am I fucked?

I kept going to war with everyone I could that converted protestant to enforce faith because I thought it would make the league wars easier. Well, I made them really fucking easy because none of the electors are protestant now thanks to my big brain.

I can't generate IA over time anymore, but I am expanding the empire as aggressively as I can. The problem is there's like 30 heretic princes yet I don't border any of them. Should I just try to no cb and co-belligerent as many as possible to convert them all back?

What do I do. I want to form the HRE tag and it's 1580 and I have only passed four reforms lol.
