Does anyone know if I have to START as Mali to get the achievement? I played Air to get Golden Wind Achievement and then culture shifted and formed Mali. I am a great power, I gifted the Ottomans 10100 ducats... No Achievement. I have searched numerous posts and checked the wiki, but no answer on whether I have to start as them or not.
