R5: Made a map of my in-progress Aragon game on stream after it started out much better than I expected. Should say 6 subjects, not 6 vassals, but oh well.
That's not Athens actually, it's The Knights but I gave them Athens to keep them loyal after I got excommunicated.
Also I didn't have to no-cb Byzantium, I had a claim on I think Athens? I don't have Golden Century so I've got the more basic mission tree. I can check for sure in an hour or so though.
Edit: Yeah after completing the Integrate Naples mission (you or non-tributary subjects own Calabria, Apulia, Campania and Abruzzi) you get claims on several Byzantine provinces and Athens.
The Ottos declared a conquest war when they were still an OPM, I checked a few months later and they were at peace with seemingly no changes.
Now Chad Theodoro has Muscovy as an ally.
Correct, I released them and Mzab from Tunis at one point

I'm presuming they had Muscovite help, the Crimeans didn't become an Ottoman vassal/march and subsequently fell apart a few years later
