Whats the best country for an achievement run?

Ive been wanting to start collecting the EU4 achievements so I was wondering what would be the best nation to get the most in a single run, I only have 34 at the moment so I need a lot of them. Was thinking maybe Castile is the best, looks like I could get about 20 in one run ???
