behind in Tech! how do i keep up with Castille in tech as Andalusia

Hey, so I formed Andalusia and have plans of vassalizing a week Portugal in the future and expanding against everyone around me. I've also started colonizing (albeit slowly) and have chosen exploration as my first idea.
I was wondering if anyone had advice on how to keep up in tech and what ideas to take moving forward. Castile rn is 7/8/8 and I'm at 6/6/8 so I wanna know how I can improve my adm and dip without lagging in mil. Also wanna know what ideas I should take at lvl 7
