The first real challenge came with the next country in the list, the Republic of Albania.
My strategy went like this :
Like Afghanistan, Albania starts with a negative monthly income, but I couldn't do much thing about it, just reducing army costs.
First things first, I started by improving relations with Hungary and Austria, then came the RM and alliance with the first one. I couldn't secure the alliance with Austria because of the many many diplomatic relations of the Emperor. Still being fragile in front of the Ottomans I needed another big ally. After a long search I finally found someone who didn't have too many diplomatic relations, that being Bohemia. In that time the Ottomans declared war upon Byzantium and Serbia. I profited from it and I DoW'd Serbia as well and I took all of it, with the exception of Branicevo because the Ottos got there first. After that, the Turks declared on Venice, taking Durazzo/Durrës, making my job a little bit easier since I could've finished the game in one war.
The next couple of years were spent trying to get a third ally, but that failed when the Ottomans declared war on me, Hungary and Bohemia. The war was long and hard and it was decided by the combined and cooperative power of my allies, me being there just to provide a 8k stack led by Skanderberg. After four or five big battles, the Turks had to retreat and Selanik fell by the hands of the Bohemians, thus bringing up the Sue for Peace tab for me. I took the provinces I needed and I released Serbia as a vassal, completing the borders. https://i.imgur.com/MRdN3tb.jpg

Next up : the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria L.E. : Since I can't form Algiers historically accurate, the nation being formed by either Mzab or Touggourt, when in reality it was formed by the Zayyanids, which ruled Tlemcen at that time, I'll go for the Republic of Austria.
Done in patch 1.28.3
