How to get this event to fire?

This one. I am playing an Austria game and trying to get PU's on everyone. So far I have one on Castile, England, Hungary and Bohemia. So the only 'Great Power' left is the Poland.
I got my hair on the throne, meet all the requirements and the MTTH is one day so why hasn't the event fired.
I am not playing on Ironman(Because of mods, mainly the flat map one) so I created a save and cheated the event to happen and I definitely meet all the requirements.
