How to learn and start playing EU4 ?

As the title said, i am asking if you have some advices to learn this game, i usually play ck3 where i have hundreds of hours there but it lacks depth, and i usually watch videos of people playing eu4 doing byzantines run etc.
but i also know that the game has a steep learning curve so i wanted to ask if there is a good start to learn the game like the UK and build the British empire for example
