Best duos nations for MP with mate

Me and my mate want to have a MP duos session. We already had a England into UK and Castile into Spain session. We have around 2000 hours in the game so we are fairly experienced with the game.

So far we have some ideas in mind: (1) Teutonic Order (horde path) and Ajam to Persia, (2) Cologne/Berg into Westphalia to Germany and Ajam to Persia, (3) Semien into Israel and Ajam to Zoroastrian Persia (trying to go for a reviving of minor religions), (4) Sirhind into Punjab and Zoroastrian Persia (again trying to playing with minor religions) and (5) Papal States into Kingdom of God and Rassid into the Caliphate (trying to go for a holy world play through). The one thing me and my mate can agree on is we want to end the Ottomans early.
