Yesterday, I received a call/voicemail and text message from Etrade Bank alerting me of an attempted transaction at onlyfans and I was asked to confirm it.

I received it on my phone number (on etrade account), and had my name and last 4 digits of my etrade card number in the voice / text message.

I was initially suspicious that it was a phishing attempt and called them today and they confirmed that the call / text was indeed from their fraud dept.

However, my etrade account has been dormant for months, has a zero balance and I received the etrade debit card a few months back and has never been used or pulled out from my safe. NEVER EVER!

This leads me to believe that Etrade or Etrade debit card system has been breached.
