This Ethereum network viewer was built by the CSIRO, the main government scientific research agency in Australia. I don't know how many of you know this, but CSIRO has been looking into blockchains and have produced these reports. Their conclusion: "Increase research and development (R&D) on trustworthy blockchains".
So the federal scientific agency of Australia created an Ethereum network visualiser and is researching public blockchains. Sounds good to me.
