Anyone who has ever unlocked their wallet through private key/keystore in the past and visited the site today (not unlocked, just visited) should assume the private keys were submitted to the malicious server and they should move their funds ASAP. After unlocking, private keys are stored in local storage and could have been read and submitted to their servers. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong here (I want to be wrong)
Edit: Metamask and hardware wallet users would not be affected by this since your private key is not stored locally.
