This one is a bit of a headscratcher... but it is using 10% of the network's resources today.
Its an ERC20 token that has a similar issuance rate to Bitcoin - 50 coins every 10 minutes, halving every 4 years. Apparently you just call "Mine" on the ERC20 contract to get your BTCM coins. It looks like if you are the first to call it, you get the next mining reward, then start over after 10 minutes.

I'd think actual real miners could manipulate this so easily if it was worthwhile to do so. Lets hope they realize how futile and useless this coin is before they spend a huge amount of gas "mining" it.
