Time to buy?

TheDAO failure is obviously a travesty and I definitely feel for anyone whose tokens are frozen, or for the hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of investors who lost money. Especially since I'm one of them. But, that's the risk you take on high volatility investments. So, moving forward...
Is now a good time to buy more ETH?
Not looking for investment advice per se, just would like to get a conversation going. I'm sure this crash presents some interesting opportunities for keen investors.
