Interesting Ropsten historical fact

I was poking around on the genesis block of Ropsten test net today (as you do) and I noticed the very first transaction on Ropsten is to transfer 1 Trillion Eth to 0x874B54A8bD152966d63F706BAE1FfeB0411921E5
Aside from a handful of transactions, more than 995 Billion Eth still sit in this address today.
I am guessing they have lost the keys, last transaction was more than 2 years ago:
