Hi team, Ropsten block 11147721: https://ropsten.etherscan.io/block/11147721

When this block was first mined, my system shows it as having 65 transactions,
though a short time after, it is showing as having 69 transactions.

2 transactions in the original block are not in the newer block:

0x6e75b541d9374532eae76c3fad2b9b11f1aa6b7c086edcaa01c926f2a6392efd never turns up
0x1b841b2723a38fd25469b6b59adb31d1ca06698e4ba96295943f6f9262d97ee9 turns up in block 11147730, that is 9 block later.

In the newer block 6 transactions show that are not in the original:

Can blocks erroneously get marked as complete while still building ??

Has anyone experienced this in GETH ??
