I thought I’d touch base to see what has worked for everyone. So please no horror stories or disappointing tales.

Symptoms were ringing in right ear, dizzy/balance issues, slight hearing loss… all after Covid. Nose and ears always block when I law down.

My ENT diagnosed me by looking up my nose and into my ears. Says it’s a mess in there, no room up my nose at all. Asked me to pinch my nose and blow but right ear cannot do that. Brick wall. Only left one can work but then takes 2 hours to unblock from swallowing.

He has prescribed me Olopatadine/mometasone furoate nasal spray for the next few months and asked me to equalise my ears when possible.
