Roof truss pricing help

The majority of my estimating career had been high end residential in Manhattan. With everything going on I have been picking up work with our other offices doing single family homes.
I feel dumb for asking... But how do you typically takeoff and price roof trusses? The estimator before priced it by SF of the house as a package. That included the trusses, sheathing, and wall framing. I feel like the walls should be separated out from that.
