Tenant improvement estimates

Just took a job on the owners side and a majority of the work will be retail tenant improvement.
It has been a while since I've done anything any retail TI estimates and was hoping to refresh myself before starting my role. Is there any resources out there that anyone would recommend that I can review standard expectations of scope and expected issues? Anything anyone can suggest would be appreciated!
