My employer has a policy where they try to encourage everyone to get RICS certification. They're based out of the UK where it is very recognized, but here in the United States I found that it does not have the same amount of weight.
It's also very confusing how to earn and gain the certification. Most of my bosses received it through the universities that they attended. The website does very little help clarify the required steps needed, and all independent blogs on the subject seem to say different things on how to earn it from scratch.
If anyone has gone through the steps and has earned it. I would love to hear about it.
